I was very pleased with the service I received from Mr. Ceplecha. He went out of his way to answer our questions, change plates, and in general be genial and helpful. On the other hand I was not pleased that GM did not honor their ad that said we would be provided with a "special" discount beyond the GM card discount and the loyality discount. This was despite the fact that the ad had a picture of the trailblazer right above the offer!
