About Mike
My product knowledge, communication skills, and personable approach are some of the reasons why customers enjoy working with me. I believe in going that extra mile for my clients, doing everything possible to achieve customer satisfaction. I joined the Jerry Haggerty Chevrolet dealership in 1996, but my career in the auto industry began 30+ years ago. Working with repeat customers is what I’m known for. Clients will come back to me for service, and refer their family and friends to me as well. I am a top sales consultant, and for 20 years and counting, I have won the Chevrolet Sales Volume Award. My personal certifications include the Chevrolet Mark of Excellence. Outside of work, I love to spend time with my wonderful wife of 22 years, Gina, and our amazing children. My family enjoys traveling. Some of the interesting places I have gone to include Mexico, Haiti, Ireland, Puerto Vallarta, and the Cayman Islands. I am a big fan of the NHL; my favorite team is the Blackhawks. I love learning more about the new and changing products in the auto industry. The best aspect of my job is helping customers and their families with all of their automotive needs.

From beginning to end it was a great experience. The reason for a 9 is for the price. I realize dealers have limitations on discounts but I really think if I wasn't so in need of a new car to transport my Wife around I probably could have done better.
