About Jennifer
I’m Jennifer Pascoe Dolan, and I’ve been a team member at Jerry Haggerty Chevrolet since 2020. While my official title is Service Advisor, I prefer to consider myself a “Professional Chevrolet Enthusiast”. My favorite topic of conversation is my Chevys. I am married to Jerry Haggerty Chevrolet’s Transmission specialist, and we currently own 4 Chevrolet vehicles. In my spare time, I love to travel and play sports. My husband and I are Annual Passholders at Walt Disney World (my favorite park is Hollywood Studios - I’m a huge Star Wars fan!). I also enjoy traveling to tropical destinations like Mexico and Hawaii. My favorite sport is running. I have competed in everything from a 5k to a full marathon. I am also a 3rd degree black belt - I have trained in karate, kickboxing, and krav maga.

I brought in my car for routine servicing. Jennifer was very efficient. In addition she identified rebates I could get on the service and filled in most of the parts of the form so I had very little to do except send it off.

Jennifer is a wonderful Advisor. She is smart, attentive, knowledgeable and respectful. When the dealership I purchased my car from could not get me in for a simple oil change for well over a wk she was able to get me in the same day I called. While it was a last minute appointment and I did not own a Chevy she did not rush me or make me feel any less important than her regular customers. In what is usually a male dominated field she is an asset to the profession. I would not hesitate to recommend her and will come back for anything she can do on my car.
